Personalised donation bags are prepared and despatched so that you have at least 10 working days to hand them out before your organised collection.
Our collector will arrive at the arranged date and time and the clothing will be taken to our warehouse facility where it will be weighed.To confirm your collection weight, please telephone 01609 780222 one week after your collection date.
A cheque and certificate of achievement is posted for receipt 4 - 6 weeks after your collection date.
